The Tempo is a great value, easy to use printer, ideally suited for sites that previously never thought they could afford their own printer to produce high quality plastic ID cards. Low cost to buy, and low cost to run, it’s a quality design made simple.

The Tempo is a hand-fed printer – the user feeds in one card at a time. This is quick and convenient, and even allows for easy double-sided card printing – just flip the card over and print the other side.

Magicard is the only brand of printers that automatically prints an anti-card-copying watermark onto the card during the print cycle. It costs nothing to print the HoloKote watermark – standard dye film ribbons are used to print on standard PVC cards.

Magicard Tempo supplies include both a 250 print colour dye film ribbon and a 500 print black dye film ribbon. A magnetic stripe encoding version is available, and the printer has a 2 year limited warranty in EU countries.

Other Magicard secure ID card printers include the robust and reliable Avalon, the high-security, high-throughput Rio 2 and Tango 2 models, and the reverse transfer Prima. All printers feature advanced card security options.
